No matter your age, looking young and energetic is a great thing, and it’s actually not difficult to do.
Have sex three times a week
During sex, oxytocin, a chemical that relieves stress, is produced. A 10-year study in Scotland has shown that middle-aged people who have frequent sex can actually look 12 years younger than their peers who don't have much sex!
Grooming eyebrows
If your eyebrows look thin and light, no matter how young your face actually is, they will make you look several years older. Filling in your sparse eyebrows with eyebrow powder, applying eyebrow tint appropriately, and adding a little height to the brow arch can make you look more energetic.
Buy a New Bra
Remember to change your bra every year. It will help you restore your breasts to their original position when you were young and keep the breasts at the proper distance from your shoulders and elbows.
Trimming your nails
Applying nail polish or wearing a ring can distract others from the skin texture, blood vessels, and spots on your hands, making you look younger.
Attend a class
Women's brains start to decline at age 40, and taking classes or learning new skills like painting or a musical instrument can help prevent cognitive decline.
