The obvious characteristics of women reaching orgasm

Distinctive features of women in reaching:

      1. Muscle tension occurs. Due to the increased excitability of muscles, muscle tension occurs in some muscles of the whole body, from involuntary contraction to regular contraction. During orgasm, muscle spasm-like contraction may occur, mainly manifested as hand and foot spasms, facial distortion or body twisting.

       2. Some people will have a sexual flush on some parts of their skin. This is due to the redistribution of blood, which suddenly flows to the surface of the body, causing congestion of the superficial blood vessels under the skin. Sexual flush mainly appears on the face, chest, and breasts, and congestion may also occur on the skin of the whole body.

3. Faster breathing and heart rate. Due to the excitement of the central nervous system, the blood pressure rises, the muscles contract, the aerobic metabolism speeds up, and the demand for oxygen increases, resulting in faster breathing and heart rate. During orgasm, the breathing rate can reach 40 times/minute, sometimes accompanied by rhythmic moans; the heart rate increases to 120 times/minute, and some women even reach 150-160 times/minute.

4. Changes in sensations. When women reach orgasm, some may experience confusion, decreased vision and hearing, or even temporary syncope; some women may also experience decreased or absent taste and smell. When entering the resolution phase, they gradually return to normal.

5. During orgasm, the female vaginal muscles, especially the muscles at the external opening of the vagina, will undergo a significant, strong and pleasant contraction, which will have a significant gripping effect on the penis. This contraction generally occurs 3 to 15 times, with a contraction every 0.8 seconds, lasting 2 to 4 seconds, or longer, and bringing a high degree of self-pleasure. The contraction of the vaginal muscles is particularly obvious in women with good physical fitness and who have never given birth. Finally, the woman's pelvic floor will shake unconsciously (especially the vaginal levator muscles and anal sphincter), while these muscles will consciously and consciously contract rhythmically. The uterus will then undergo a rhythmic contraction, from the bottom of the uterus to the cervix. The number of muscle spasms during the orgasm is relatively high and the duration is also longer. Some people describe it as a slight electric shock or a warm current flowing from the lower body to the whole body.

6. The nipple of the breast will have an erection reaction, the muscle fibers in the breast tissue will contract involuntarily, the blood vessels will be congested, and the nipple will stand up and harden. Once orgasm is reached, the breast skin will be red and hot, and the swelling of the areola will be more obvious.

Female orgasms are generally diverse. A survey and analysis of orgasms of 936 married women of childbearing age showed that there are 8 common single types of orgasms: vaginal contraction type, body warm current type, body shaking type, electric current passing type, laughing and revelry type, floating up in the air type, moaning and restless type, and drunken hazy type. Some are manifested as double, triple, and quadruple types occurring at the same time. Among them, double and single types are the most common, accounting for about 66%, and the vast majority (about 88%) hug each other tightly during orgasm. Of course, there are also 10% to 12% women who have never had an orgasm, about 5% women only have pleasure but no orgasm, and about 7% women have neither pleasure nor orgasm.

It should be pointed out that there are obvious individual differences in female orgasmic responses, some are strong, some are weak; and it is not always possible to achieve orgasm, sometimes not; some people have experienced all kinds of orgasmic responses, while others never know what orgasm is like in their entire lives. Therefore, every couple should not attach too much importance to women having to reach orgasm every time they have sex, as long as both parties feel satisfied and happy during sex. As for those who have been married for many years but have never experienced the joy of orgasm, they are considered to have female sexual dysfunction, and it is necessary to go to the hospital to consult a sexual medicine specialist for treatment.
