에스pray booths and curing ovens exhaust large volumes of heated air, often loaded with overspray, solvents, or moisture. Replacing that air with conditioned make-up air is expensive. Coating booth heat recovery captures the heat without mixing contaminated exhaust back into the supply.

Exhaust from painting contains VOCs and particulate overspray. Cross-contamination is unacceptable, so plate exchangers and heat pipes are preferred over rotary wheels.

  • Exhaust passes through a primary filter then the recovery core.
  • Supply (make-up) air is pre-heated by the core before the burner/coil.
